Challenge

Since its establishment, the company had been unable to secure personnel specialized in marketing. As a result, advertising operations were handled directly by the CEO through trial and error. Although Facebook Ads were managed alongside daily business operations, there was insufficient time to analyze performance data or develop improvement strategies.

As a consequence, responses from advertisements stagnated, and the number of inquiries failed to grow. With no clear visibility into return on investment, time continued to pass while the company remained stuck in a reactive, ad-hoc advertising approach.

Summary of Challenge

Organizational Limitations:
With no dedicated marketing team and the CEO juggling multiple responsibilities, the resources available for ad operations were severely limited.

Lack of Expertise:
The company was unable to leverage Facebook Ads’ latest algorithms or platform-specific optimization techniques such as A/B testing, resulting in static and inefficient campaign settings.

Stagnant Performance:
Although ads were being delivered, they failed to convert into inquiries, leading to a significant decline in acquisition efficiency.

Solution

Facebook Ads Optimization

Due to the absence of an in-house specialist, ad operations were effectively handled on a “part-time” basis, preventing sufficient allocation of time and resources. Our team stepped in to manage the entire operational process, from persona development and creative production to performance analysis.

We produced multiple proprietary creatives optimized for different target segments and conducted meticulous, ongoing adjustments to ensure maximum campaign performance.

Introduction of Google Ads

By newly implementing Google Ads—previously untouched—we were able to reach users with clear and active intent who were searching for relevant information. Through carefully structured campaign design and precise keyword selection, we successfully captured business opportunities and achieved efficient user acquisition.

Results

For Facebook Ads, while maintaining the same budget, the number of inquiries increased fivefold compared to in-house operations.
Additionally, the newly introduced Google Ads proved especially effective at acquiring users with explicit needs, resulting in a significant increase in high-quality leads.

Overall, since we assumed responsibility for ad operations, the number of qualified leads has increased threefold.
