  • Seek and develop new clients for Web Marketing and other services offered by DYM.
  • Engage with target clients, propose solutions, and handle the process from proposal to contract closure.
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing clients while tracking service performance.
  • Recommend suitable additional services based on client needs and handle contract renewal negotiations.

  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure project success.
  • Develop and implement plans to meet sales targets, track progress, and analyze results to improve performance.

Yêu cầuRequest

  • At least 2 years of experience in advertising or a digital marketing agency.
  • Experience with platforms such as Google, Facebook, TikTok, and Shopee.
  • Good communication skills in English and/or Japanese.
  • Ability to think independently with strong logical and creative skills.
  • Good research, analytical, and self-learning skills.
